Your visit and use of the Website services is subject to in the present terms of use and the Data Protection Policy. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors to the Website, as well as to users who purchase the services and digital products and or services available.

You are kindly requested to read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website and its services. By using the Website you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood and fully agree to be bound by the present Terms of Use.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, as well as creating an account on the Website and / or by submitting a seminar application, you expressly and responsibly represent and certifiy that you are over 18 years of age and that you have legal capacity to be able to compile and contribute to legal contracts under applicable law, as according to the provisions of the Civil Code and Presidential Decree 131/2003.

In order to register with the website you will need to go to the Registration Form and follow the steps outlined in the relevant section.

The period of time for which the proposed seminars or other services are posted, indicates their availability, unless otherwise stated. The availability of the service and its limitation or total exclusion is at the sole discretion of the supplying company.
Participation in the offered seminars and workshops is guaranteed by registering with them, the payment of the prepayment and the repayment of the balance four (4) days before the seminars and workshops. The closing date for online registration refers to the description of the respective posted program, seminar, workshop on the website. 6. Payments
6.1 Pay by credit/debit card
If you choose to pay by debit or credit card, you agree that the registration and purchase of services and/or products entails the obligation to pay. The process of clearing your payment is done through the electronic payment platform of the respective credit institutions that are responsible for ensuring the absolute security of your transactions in our online store.
For purchases made through a dye or credit card, you should follow the instructions on the Bealigned.gr website. In the order form you will find, you will need to fill in the number and the expiration date of your debit or credit card, possibly the three-digit number on the back side. Your debit or credit card will be charged if the data and validity are checked and certified. You are the only person responsible for the correct registration and the validity of the details of your debit or credit card and the card used for the respective transaction belong to you. Debit or credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by the issuer of the respective card. If the required authorization for payment is not received by our company, we shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation of the purchase of services and/or products.

6.2 Payment by bank Transfer
If you choose to pay via bank transfer you will need to send us via email (info@bealigned.gr) The transfer receipt in order to complete the transaction process.

7. Payment Security
Please note that all personal information management (debit or credit card number, account number, etc.) is made by third party international credit dresses (PayPal, Viva) and not by Bealigned.gr.
Bealigned.gr does not have access to your banking data, and does not store information about your bank or your debit or credit card.
Bealigned.gr shall not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) incurred by a member of which the card is used illegally or used in an unauthorised manner.
Bealigned.gr is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your computer's equipment by viruses, spyware, or otherwise similar during your connection to our website. Please make sure that you have an antivirus program and that your other computer protection programs are up to date.

8. Refunds Policy
Refunds are made only in case of proven inability to use the service, deferral indefinitely or cancellation of the seminar to be attended by the company's fault, and inability to solve the problem within two ( 2) working days. Refunds are made strictly within five (5) working days, starting with the next finding of inability to solve the problem. At the end of the abovementioned time period, no refund is foreseen by the company.

9. Limitation of liability
The company cannot be held liable for any deviations of the image and quality of the video you see on the screen of your personal computer, as well as on any other screen of any other device (mobile, laptop, tablet), given the different technologies used for the manufacture of each screen.
Likewise it is not responsible for problems or interruption of connection with network or WiFi, telecommunications problems related to the respective provider.
The Company is not responsible, and is not obligated to repair the damage that will be suffered by the visitor – user of the pages and/or the members of its services, from negligence or technical problems, and also not responsible for "viruses" that will be released and cause problems or any kind of damage.
The visitor of the services of this page accepts that all pages/services and their contents are provided "as is ". Given the nature and volume of the Internet, under any circumstances, including the case of negligence, the company is not responsible for any kind of damage suffered by the user of the pages, services, options and contents, to which he proceeds on his own initiative.
